This is a 100% Chiroso variety coffee from the La Despensa area of Urrao in Antioquia, Colombia. Grown at 1950-2200 meters above sea level in rolling pastures and wide, fertile valley floors. The region features rich volcanic soils, abundant water, and balanced temperatures with a mild climate rarely exceeding 77°F. This allows coffee cherries to ripen slowly, developing exceptional sweetness and density. The coffee is washed processed and features flavor notes of papaya, watermelon, sugarcane, and orange spice with potent sweetness and lush characteristics.
