Colombia La Regina is a single origin coffee from the Cauca region of southwestern Colombia, produced by smallholder farmer Fabio Nelson Sanchez on his two-hectare farm, La Regina, near La Palmera. Grown in fertile volcanic soil at high altitude with warm days and cool nights, this coffee undergoes a washed process with 48-hour fermentation before being fully washed and dried. The cup profile is pleasant and sweet with a light, fresh, and refreshing character — delicate and floral with notes of stone fruits and sweet honey.
