This Colombia single-origin coffee comes from La Soledad farm in Acevedo, a family operation dating back to the 1960s. The Geisha variety beans were fermented anaerobically for 70 hours and then dried for 20 days. Grown with shade coverage to promote biodiversity, produced using composting and water conservation techniques. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
