This coffee comes from La Soledad farm in Acevedo, Colombia, owned by 2nd generation farmer Mario Fernando Gomez. The farm has a coffee tradition dating back to the 1960s. The Orange Bourbon variety was fermented for 60 hours and then dried on raised beds for 18 days, using a washed processing method. The farm employs shade-grown practices, composting for soil fertility, and water conservation techniques to promote biodiversity and environmental stewardship.
