La Tierrita is a Colombian coffee from Hacienda Corcega, located in the municipality of Quimbaya in the Quindío Department, at 1,350 meters above sea level. Grown by Silvia Elana Hincapié, part of the El Placer Farms Project led by Sebastián Ramírez. The coffee is the Caturra variety, processed using the washed method. It features a taste profile of pink grapefruit, lime, and caramel.
