A single origin washed coffee from Colombia, produced by Luz Helena Salazar in the San Ignacio, Quindío region at 1,450 meters above sea level. The variety is Caturra, processed using a Mandarine Washed method. Flavor notes include figs, tangerine, apple, and orange chocolate. Sold as whole bean in 200g bags, roasted within 14 days.
