Single-origin coffee from Pitalito, Colombia, grown at 1850 meters elevation. A blend of Colombia and Caturra varieties produced by Oscar Hernandez at Nogales farm. Processed using anaerobic fermentation with mosto fermentation in hermetic tanks at 18°C, followed by 15 days of slow drying on raised beds and 30 days of stabilization. Displays orange blossom, banana, and strawberry sorbet notes.
