This variety is a crossbreed of yellow and red Bourbon beans with distinctive pink berries and improved rust resistance. Processing involves hand-picking, ozone sterilization, UV treatment, controlled anaerobic fermentation with Saccharomyces Pastorianus yeast at 18°C, pulping, secondary fermentation at 21°C, and Thermal Shock Method (alternating 40°C and 12°C water immersion). The coffee features strawberry, dried guava, bergamot, and floral aromatics, with palate notes of strawberry, cranberry, cardamom, white peach, and rose. Smooth, full-bodied texture with a multi-layered profile. Awarded 98 points by Coffee Review in 2023.
