This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Peñas Blancas community project in the Huila region of Colombia, produced by Finca Las Flores at an altitude of 1750 meters. The coffee is of the Ombligon variety and undergoes a profile fermentation process. It features an expressive, fruity, and creamy profile with distinct tasting notes of fresh raspberry and dried apple.
