This single-origin Pink Bourbon is produced by Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia (1,750 m). The lot underwent washed anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock at the Peñas Blancas Mill, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. Roast is prepared for espresso. Cup characteristics listed are lemonade, panela, lemongrass, and grapefruit.
