This is a limited edition micro-lot from Huila, Colombia, with only 100 packages available. Produced by the Quisaboni brothers on two neighboring family farms at 1700 meters altitude where all work is done within the family. The variety is Pink Bourbon, a pink-orange bourbon processed using the washed method. The coffee is grown in shade and sun conditions. Harvested in January-February 2020. Flavor profile includes red berries, Granny Smith apple, citrus peel, and chocolate with complex, fruity, and fresh characteristics.
