A certified organic washed coffee from Gaitania, Tolima, Colombia, grown at 1600–1700 masl by five farmers who are members of ACEDGA, a cooperative founded in 2006 by 72 coffee farmers committed to quality and sustainable practices. The coffee features Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. Tasting notes include caramel, chocolate, and ripe cherries, with a sweet and juicy character.
