The lot is processed as an anaerobic natural with 168 hours of fermentation and extended drying on African beds. Tasting notes highlight black currant, raisin, grapefruit, dried mango, hibiscus and maple syrup; roast level is light, producing a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with syrupy sweetness.
