A single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca Santuario (Camilo Merizalde) in Popayán, Cauca, grown at 1850–2100 m. Variety Caturra, processed using an experimental "Purple Wine Yeast" method (carbonic maceration with mussto and wine yeast, followed by extended sun drying). Light roasted with pronounced grape and wine character, cassis/blackcurrant, muscat and white-flower aromatics, and a sweet, syrupy finish.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
