About This Coffee

A single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca Santuario (Camilo Merizalde) in Popayán, Cauca, grown at 1850–2100 m. The beans are Wush Wush variety processed as a natural, producing juicy, fruit-forward flavors of mango, cherry, white peach, apricot and plum with a lingering brandy-like aftertaste. Light roasted to preserve floral and fruit notes, it is bright and expressive with pronounced acidity and clarity.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
