This specialty coffee comes from La Rosa farm in Hispánia, department of Antioquia, Colombia. The farm was founded in the 1970s and is managed by fourth-generation producer Catalina Vasques. Grown at 1600-1900 meters altitude, the coffee features the Castillo variety, which is adapted to the elevation and environmental conditions. The farm spans 200,000 m² with 115,000 coffee trees and also produces various tropical fruits including mango, guava, oranges, and papaya. The flavor profile offers full body with notes of tropical fruits like mango and guava, complemented by sweet tones of black currant and maple syrup.
