About This Coffee

This is a decaffeinated coffee from Colombia, produced by a Smallholder Collective in the Huila and Tolima regions. The coffee is made from Caturro, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, grown at elevations between 1500-2300 meters above sea level. It undergoes a washed Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) process, which is a natural decaffeination method that uses sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving flavor.
