This Pink Bourbon is from Finca El Jardín in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, produced by fourth-generation coffee grower Jorge Elías Rojas. The coffee is processed using a proprietary Low O2 Washed method developed by Jorge, beginning with strict cherry selection during harvest. The 3-hectare farm includes 1,000 Pink Bourbon trees among other varieties. The coffee features flavor notes of pink starburst, pineberry, passionfruit, raspberry, pink apple, and heirloom watermelon with confectionary sweetness and floral characteristics. Light roasted for a dynamic and intense yet clean and highly drinkable cup.
