This coffee comes from Finca La Tierra, a 10-hectare farm in Cauca, Colombia, at 1550 meters altitude. The farm grows multiple varieties including Pink Bourbon, Caturra, and Tabi. The coffee is washed processed and sun-dried, featuring Castillo and Supremo types. It is grown under both shade and sun cultivation. The coffee has a softly fruity character with balanced body, featuring notes of red berries and cocoa. The main harvest period is May-June. This is a Speciality Grade SHG coffee from a 6-hectare coffee cultivation area.
