Colombia Timana is a single-origin coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced as a micro-lot by a cooperative of skilled women farmers using their own micro-mills. The coffee is grown on small, diverse farms and processed with careful, hands-on post-harvest practices. This medium roast features tasting notes of maple, red apple, and pecan. Produced in partnership with exporter San Miguel, ensuring full traceability and fair pricing for the women farmers.
Founded in the early 1980s in a restored farmhouse located 25 miles from Glacier National Park near the Continental Divide, Montana Coffee Traders has roasted arabica coffees for more than 40 years. Operating multiple cafés throughout the region while maintaining a roastery equipped with Loring and Sivitz equipment, the company has built its reputation on consistency and quality in one of America's most distinctive coffee roasting locations. The roastery's vintage farmhouse setting and proximity to pristine wilderness embody a roasting philosophy deeply connected to place.
