A single-origin coffee from the Gaitania area in the Tolima region of Colombia, grown at altitudes between 1600 and 2100 MASL. Naturally processed and dried for three weeks on volcanic soil in a stable, high-altitude climate. The coffee features varieties Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra. Roasted light, it offers a boozy, sweet profile with tasting notes of rum, bonbon, red fruit, and cinnamon, along with hints of raisins.
