A naturally processed Colombian coffee from Finca Verdes Horizontes in Belalcazar, Caldas, grown at 1,700 meters above sea level. Produced by Santiago Cadavid using the Colombia variety. Processed naturally with mixed-fermentation in the cherry (no depulping or washing), and dried using a combination of sun and mechanical drying. Flavor notes include blood orange, soursop purée, orange peel, white wine, vanilla ice cream, chocolate milk, and almonds. The cup is described as creamy and sweet with a bright citrus front, caramel sweetness, and a lingering finish.
