Produced by Yulieth Mora and her family, who represent the third generation of coffee growers on this farm. The coffee is Pink Bourbon variety, processed using the washed method. Ripe cherries are handpicked, passed through flotation, depulped, and fermented for 30 hours before drying for 15 days. The flavor profile features sparkling grape juice, sangria, raspberry, and yuzu notes.
