The method gently removes caffeine while preserving the inherent sweetness and character of the coffee. Sourced from Colombia, it retains the clarity and structure the origin is known for, with a notably clean finish and soft mouthfeel. The coffee features a medium body, low to medium acidity, and a medium roast level. In the cup, expect notes of apple and vanilla layered with caramel, dark chocolate and brown sugar. It performs well across both filter and espresso brewing methods.
