This Colombian coffee is a blend from multiple regions with a focus on cup consistency. It is decaffeinated by Descafecol SA in Manizales, Caldas, using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. The ethyl acetate is produced from locally-grown sugarcane. The process uses only ethyl acetate and spring water to gently extract caffeine from the beans while avoiding excessive heat that could damage their structure. This FDA-approved method is verified as food grade, kosher, and halal. The coffee features tasting notes of lemon custard, Werther's, and creamy flavors.
Founded in 2013 in Franklin, this specialty coffee roastery focuses on genuine connection and community, serving light to medium roasts with emphasis on sourcing Southern ingredients and providing exceptional quality coffee experiences.
