About This Coffee

This organic single-origin coffee comes from Café Orgánico Marcala S.A. (COMSA), a cooperative founded in 2001 in the La Paz department of Honduras. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,500–1,800 meters, the coffee features Bourbon, Catuai, Icatu, and Tipica varieties processed using the washed method. It is certified organic (DE-ÖKO-001) and 100% Arabica. The flavor profile includes milk chocolate, cream, and wafer notes. Recommended for AeroPress, Chemex, filter, and French press brewing.
