This is a Colombian coffee scoring 84.75 points. It is processed using a washed method where mucilage is left on the beans for 24 hours, followed by drying on a drying terrace for 15 to 25 days. The coffee then undergoes a stabilization process. The flavor profile features cranberry, butter, molasses, and honey notes. This is 100% Arabica coffee roasted for espresso.

Spojka Roastery

Spojka Roastery was founded in December 2022 in Prešov, filling a gap for a dedicated specialty roastery in eastern Slovakia. Head roaster and owner Viktor Štefančík is a former barista who regularly represented Prešov coffee shops at the Slovak national championship and competed at the world level, bringing that competition trained palate to his selection and roasting of green coffee. The team targets coffees scoring around 85 points on the SCAA scale and has been steadily sourcing higher scored lots as the operation grows. Their modern cafe near the Torysa river doubles as a roasting space where visitors can watch the process, taste the results, and take packets of freshly roasted beans home.
