This coffee is from Idjwi Island in Lake Kivu, Kivu region, DR Congo, grown at 1,500–2,000 meters altitude. It features Bourbon and Caturra varieties processed with the fully washed method. Produced by women farmers of Rebuild Women's Hope cooperative, this bright and structured coffee displays juicy tropical fruit, soft plum sweetness, and a mellow cocoa finish with clarity and balance created through careful fermentation and slow drying.
