Specialty coffee from Congo, specifically from the Kisunga farm in the Isale region. Grown at an altitude between 1,500 and 1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee is of the Bourbon variety and processed using the washed method. Flavor profile includes raspberry, vanilla, milk chocolate, and black tea notes with medium acidity.
One More is a specialty coffee and tea house based in Rubi, just outside Barcelona. They work exclusively with SCA certified specialty coffees scoring 80 points or above, sourcing directly from producing regions in Central and South America, East Africa, and Asia. The roastery won a Spain Artisanal Coffee Award in 2022/23. Alongside coffee, they carry over 100 varieties of tea and supply formats for restaurants and businesses. They also run training sessions at their roastery to share specialty coffee knowledge.
