This organic microlot Arabica coffee comes from the Corazon de Jesus region of Peru, specifically from the La Babilia farm managed by Gilberto Mejia. Grown at 1,850 meters altitude, these Caturra variety beans are washed processed to highlight their vibrant characteristics. It offers a complex and juicy flavor profile that's both sweet and bright. Expect notes of pineapple, orange, and grapefruit that bring a refreshing citrus brightness, balanced by the sweetness of pralines and smooth milk chocolate.

Enklawa is a specialty coffee roastery founded in Wrocław, Poland, by a Polish roaster who honed his craft in the United States under renowned coffee professionals and members of the Roasters Guild before becoming an SCA-certified roaster. The roastery opened its doors in 2019 at Hala Targowa in the old town, where all roasting and packing operations continue to take place today. Working exclusively on a Giesen roaster, a machine he considers essential to his craft, the founder approaches each batch with curiosity and intention, often roasting the same coffee multiple ways to explore its full potential for sweetness, acidity, and body. Green beans are carefully selected from trusted importers like Cafe Imports, Falcon, and Nordic Approach, with a focus on exceptional lots that sometimes number just a few bags.
