A round and sweet coffee with an elegant expression from Finca Carrizal in Costa Rica's Santos region, grown by Oscar Alberto Madrigal Chacón. Processed at Solis&Cordero Micromill using an innovative method: whole cherries are fermented for 48 hours, then pulped with the parchment and remaining fruit flesh transferred to raised drying beds, before final drying in Guardiola mechanical dryers at 45°C. Flavor notes include peach, citrus fruit, and honey.
