This coffee is from the Tarrazú and Central Valley regions of Costa Rica, grown at 1500-2000 meters altitude. It is a Natural processed coffee made from Caturra and Catuai varieties. The beans are sourced from Finca Cuatro Vientos, a 6-hectare farm in Santa Maria de Dota owned by the Solís Cordero family. The coffee has a cupping score of 88 and features flavor notes of wild strawberry, hibiscus, buttery toffee, papaya nectar, honeycomb, and roasted peanut.
