A single-origin coffee from El Manantial farm in Costa Rica's West Valley, grown at 1600 m. The Kenia variety is processed using anaerobic natural fermentation and roasted light. Tasting notes highlight cinnamon, dried fig, baked apple and cherry with a creamy, yogurt-like aftertaste. Recommended brewing methods include espresso, V60, AeroPress and French press. Beans are shipped within days of roasting.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
