This coffee is from Finca Casa de Pierda (Stone House) in Costa Rica, owned and operated by the Arias family since 2013. The 50-hectare farm is located at an altitude of 1500-1800 meters. Only the ripest berries are hand-picked, selected, and dried on elevated beds. The coffee is processed using the washed method. The variety is Red Catuai. The flavor profile features Pink Lady apples, citrus, pecan nuts, and milk chocolate.
