Produced by the Aguilera Brothers, a Cup of Excellence–winning family farming 60 hectares, with the Villa Sarchi variety. Processed using the Honey method with a 2023 crop year. Medium roast (City+) with remarkable juicy acidity and fruit-like sweetness, featuring cooked citrus fruit, caramel, and mild raisin flavors.
