This coffee is a natural processed single origin from Hacienda Colima farm in Costa Rica's Central Valley region. Grown at 1400-1500 meters altitude by fifth-generation farmer Alejo Castro Kahle on the slopes of Poás volcano. The coffee is made from Caturra variety beans and features flavor notes of caramel, orange, currant, and cherry. Harvested December-February 2024/2025.
