This coffee is a single origin from Hacienda Sonora in Valle Central, Costa Rica. Produced by Diego Guardian at his own micromill, the coffee grows at 1200-1300 meters altitude. The beans are natural processed and dried on raised beds for several weeks. The variety is Sarchimor. The flavor profile features peach, raisin, caramel, and milk chocolate notes. The farm is 100% self-sustaining through renewable energy.
