Known for pioneering honey and natural processing methods, the farm operates without water in processing, relying on careful cherry handling. Grown at elevations of 1,300–1,500 metres above sea level, this honey-processed coffee features layered sweetness, gentle fruit character and a smooth, lingering finish.
