A honey-processed micro-lot from Las Lajas in Costa Rica's Central Valley (Cumbres del Poás) at 1500–1800m. Varietals include Caturra, Catuai, and Villa Sarchi. Medium roast with a sweet, fruit-forward profile and tasting notes of orange, strawberry, vanilla, and watermelon; dried on raised beds/sun patios.
