About This Coffee

This coffee is a Tipica variety from the Monte Copey farm in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown in Santa Maria. The cherries are rested for two days in closed tanks before being processed using the yellow honey method. This unique approach adds depth and fruitiness to the cup. The flavor profile features notes of cherries, dark berries, and marzipan, resulting in a clean, complex, and very sweet coffee.
