Shade-grown and rainforest-certified, this Arabica peaberry is washed and sun-dried. Medium roast with a bright, medium-bodied cup featuring lemon, almond, and honey notes.

What began as a side passion soon grew into a family-run specialty roaster, roasting on demand in Atlanta and sending each batch out within a day.
