About This Coffee

Santa Teresa 2000 is a single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, specifically from Dota in Santa María. Grown at 2,000 meters altitude in an ideal coffee-growing climate with 2,050 mm annual rainfall, this coffee features the Typica variety processed using the Red Honey method. The micromill, established in 2014 by Roger, produces coffee with tasting notes of Black Tea, Honey, Jasmine, and Orange.
