El Gorrión, meaning 'little sparrow', is a coffee from Hacienda La Minita in Costa Rica. It is harvested from high elevation farms in Dota, Tarrazú. The coffee is named after the little sparrows that inhabit the area as a result of conservation efforts, with 60% of the land now reforested. This is a washed process coffee from a longtime producer partnership.
