This coffee is a natural processed selection from the Villamaria farm in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1600 meters. It is a blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties. The flavor profile is exceptionally sweet, featuring fruity notes of strawberry, cherry, and peach, with a vanilla-like aftertaste and balanced acidity. This coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
Luka Banović founded this remarkable micro roastery in 2018 at just 17 years old, driven by his frustration with bitter coffee and Slovenia's shortage of specialty roasters.
