About This Coffee

This blend features naturally processed Brazilian coffee from the Ibiraci region in southern Minas Gerais. The region's altitude, rainfall, and temperature create high natural sweetness in the coffee. The natural processing method enhances this sweetness, producing notes of sweet toffee, chocolate, and nuts. This harmoniously balanced, full-bodied coffee offers a rich, sweet, and luxurious flavor reminiscent of Northern Italian espresso style.

UE Coffee Roasters

UE Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 by Dominic Boyett in Witney, Oxfordshire, with the roastery established in 2012. The team brings over 50 years of combined experience in specialty coffee and roasts Monday through Friday at their production facility, which is visible to visitors through the adjoining roastery café. They source from 58 farms through direct, long standing trading relationships, and every wholesale partner receives on site quality control visits every six weeks. Beyond roasting, the business offers SCA barista training courses, equipment rental programmes, loose leaf tea blending, and a white label roasting service. All packaging is 100% recyclable, and the company works with machine partners including Victoria Arduino, Conti, Rocket, and Mahlkonig.
