This single origin coffee from Colombia is sourced from the Monkaaba Group, specifically from producer Aura Ortega in the Huila region at 1750 meters altitude. It features the Pink Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. The coffee is transparently sourced and imported by Semilla through the Monkaaba coffee project, which brings together some of Colombia's best coffee producers. Flavor notes include caramel, pomelo, and Quebec fresh raspberries. This coffee is suitable for espresso, filter, or iced coffee preparation.
