A blend created for the legendary Café Creme establishment at Kungsportsplatsen in Gothenburg during the 1980s. This blend combines robust raw coffee from Indonesia with fresh, acidic coffee from Guatemala. The flavor profile begins with traces of citrus followed by an earthy and deep aftertaste. It has a forgiving character that works well across all brewing methods, particularly suited for French press coffee where it remains good even with less precise brewing. Rainforest Alliance certified. Also includes coffee from Brazil and Colombia.
