This blend was created for the legendary Café Creme at Kungsportsplatsen in Gothenburg during the 1980s. It combines powerful raw coffee from Indonesia with fresh, acidic coffee from Guatemala. The flavor profile starts with traces of citrus on the first sip, followed by an earthy and deep aftertaste with notes of toasted bread. The blend is versatile and works well with all brewing methods, suitable both with milk and toast for breakfast or black to round off a good dinner.
