This coffee is a composition of Farm to Cup coffees from Colombia, specifically the Huila region, grown at altitudes between 800-1700 meters above sea level. It features multiple varieties and is processed using the washed method. The coffee is medium roasted to amplify sweetness while including inherent fruity character. The flavor profile includes cocoa, lemon, and caramel notes with a creamy, milky finish. It delivers a perfectly balanced profile that is sweet, smooth, and dynamic with a body rating of 4 out of 5 and brightness rating of 3 out of 5.
Stone Creek Coffee was founded in 1993 in Whitefish Bay (Greater Milwaukee) by Eric Resch, who opened the first community-focused café and built the brand around craft coffee and local engagement. They roast in small batches with a farm-to-cup ethic—emphasizing origin clarity, regular cupping, staff education and origin trips, and worker-forward governance (employee-ownership and B Corp certification in 2022)—aiming to highlight terroir and community impact rather than flashy roast tricks.
