Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co.

Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. has been roasting in Milwaukee since 1999, with its primary operation at a Walker's Point roastery that holds organic certification. The team roasts on two Loring S35 Kestrel Smart Roasters, which reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by 80% compared to conventional machines. Half of their coffee offerings are Rainforest Alliance certified, and the full menu is organic, sourced from origins including Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Mexico through importers selected for their integrity. The roastery runs four locations across Milwaukee, including the original Bay View café and a spot inside the Historic Third Ward's Milwaukee Public Market. Anodyne is also part of the FairWave Specialty Coffee Collective, a Midwest collaborative network of specialty roasters.
